This page explains what our consultations, M-Power products and free astrology tools are, and what they are not. It covers the limits of spiritual guidance, why results aren’t guaranteed, how the free tools work and how accurate they are, our product descriptions, reviews, links to other websites, and credits for the software and data we use.
morepowersolution.com is run by M-Power, the practice of Arun Kumar and Pratham Kumar, founders of DNA Vastu. On this page, “we” and “us” mean M-Power, and “you” means anyone who uses the site, books a consultation or buys a product.
In short
- Our consultations and remedies are spiritual and traditional guidance, and our products are spiritual aids. None of them diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease, and none is a substitute for a doctor.
- Nothing we offer is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. The decisions you make are your own.
- Experiences vary from person to person, and we don’t guarantee any result.
- The free tools are automatic calculations for information. Their results depend on the birth details you enter.
Spiritual and traditional guidance
Our consultations cover Vastu, kundli reading, kundli matching, numerology, Reiki, energy scans and dowsing, and dosha remedies. These, like our products and free tools, draw on Vedic astrology (jyotish), Vastu shastra and numerology, and on energy practices such as Reiki and dowsing.
These are traditional systems of belief and practice. They have not been proven by science, and not everyone accepts them. We offer them as guidance within those traditions, not as proven fact, and it is your choice whether and how you use them.
A reading describes tendencies and timing as the tradition interprets them. It is not a certain prediction of events. No astrologer, including us, can predict the future with certainty.
Not a substitute for a doctor or other professional
Nothing on this site, in a consultation or in a product is medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax or investment advice. We give spiritual and traditional guidance only. We don’t act as your doctor, psychologist, counsellor, lawyer, architect, engineer, or financial or investment adviser.
- Health. Our consultations, Reiki sessions, energy scans, dowsing, remedies and products do not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease, disorder or condition. They are not meant to affect the structure or any function of the body. For any health concern, see a qualified doctor. Don’t stop, delay or change a treatment or medicine because of a reading, a session, a remedy or a product.
- Mental health. A consultation is not counselling or therapy. If you are finding things hard, please talk to a doctor or a qualified counsellor. Tele-MANAS, the Government of India’s free mental-health helpline, answers at any hour on 14416 or 1-800-891-4416. In an emergency, call 112.
- Money, career and business. Guidance about career, business or money is general. It is not financial, tax or investment advice. Talk to a qualified adviser before you make a financial decision.
- Legal matters. Guidance about a dispute, a property or a court case is not legal advice, and no reading can tell you how a case will end. Talk to a lawyer.
- Buildings. Vastu advice is not architectural, structural or engineering advice. Before you change a building, have a qualified architect or engineer check the change, and follow local building rules. An energy scan is not a survey of a building’s structure, wiring, damp or safety.
- Names and numbers. Numerology advice about a name, a business name or a phone number is not legal advice. Changing a name in official records has its own legal process.
- Marriage. A guna milan score or a matching reading is a traditional comparison of two charts. It can’t tell you whether a marriage will be happy, and the decision to marry belongs to the two people concerned.
The decisions you make after a reading, a tool result or a purchase are your own.
Results vary, and nothing is guaranteed
People experience consultations, remedies, Reiki sessions and products differently. We don’t promise or guarantee any result, or any time within which a result will come.
In particular, we never promise a marriage, a job or promotion, money or business success, the sale of a property, a visa, a court or exam result, a child, or better health. We don’t claim that any prediction or tool result is 100% accurate.
We will never tell you that you or your family will come to harm unless you book a consultation, buy a product or follow a remedy. A dosha in your chart is not a reason for fear, and you never need to buy anything because of a tool result.
What we don’t offer
To avoid any misunderstanding, we don’t offer:
- predictions about the sex of an unborn baby, or anything meant to influence it, which the Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994 forbids
- black magic, vashikaran, tantric rituals, or the removal of spirits, curses or the evil eye
- numbers or timings for lotteries, betting, satta or any other game played for money
- tips on shares, trading, cryptocurrency or other investments
- matchmaking: kundli matching compares two charts that you give us, and we don’t find, introduce or recommend partners
Words with a traditional meaning
Some words on this site are used in their traditional sense, which differs from their everyday or scientific meaning.
- Dosha is an astrological term for a pattern in a birth chart, such as Mangal dosha, Kaal Sarp dosh or Pitra dosh, that astrologers read together with the rest of the chart. It is not the dosha of Ayurveda, and it is not a medical diagnosis.
- Remedy means a traditional practice or change that the founders suggest within astrology or Vastu. It is not a medical remedy or treatment.
- Energy, aura and positive energy are meant in a spiritual sense. They don’t describe a physical force that instruments can measure, and they are not claims about your health.
- Energised means the founders have carried out a spiritual practice on a product before it is dispatched. It is not a physical, chemical or medical treatment, and it doesn’t change what the product is made of.
- Energy scan and aura scan mean dowsing with a pendulum, dowsing rods or a Lecher antenna. They are not medical tests and can’t detect or diagnose illness. Findings such as geopathic stress or blocked zones are the founders’ dowsing readings, not scientific measurements.
- Reiki is a Japanese practice in which the practitioner works with their hands on or near you, or from a distance. It is not medical treatment and doesn’t replace medical care.
M-Power products
The Magic M-Power Booster (Small and Big), the Magic Stick and the M-Power Energy Harmonizer are spiritual aids used in Vastu and energy practice. Our product pages describe what each one is made of, its size, how to keep or use it, and the tradition behind it.
We don’t claim that any product:
- has miraculous or supernatural powers
- diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates or prevents any disease, disorder or condition
- affects the structure or any function of the body, such as sleep, blood pressure, immunity, weight, fertility or sexual function
- will bring a particular result, such as money, success, a marriage or a child
The minerals and crystals in our products are described by their traditional use, and we don’t claim they have any medicinal property.
Where a product page shows a drawing instead of a photo, the drawing only shows the product’s general shape. You never have to buy a product to book a consultation, and if a product is suggested to you, buying it is your choice. No product is a substitute for a doctor or any other professional.
How the free tools work
The free kundli, kundli matching, today’s panchang and the calculators (moon sign, nakshatra, numerology, Mangal dosha, Kaal Sarp dosh and Sade Sati) are automatic calculations, for information. The founders don’t check each result, and a tool result is not a personal reading.
Where the results come from
- The free kundli and all the calculators work out their results in your browser. Astronomy Engine, an open-source astronomy library, gives the positions of the Sun, Moon and planets. Our own code converts them to the sidereal zodiac with the Lahiri (Chitrapaksha) ayanamsa. It also works out Rahu and Ketu (from the mean node), whole-sign houses and Vimshottari dasha periods, using years of 365.25 days. The birth details you type into these tools are not sent to us, unless you open the Navamsa or Dashamsa chart.
- The Navamsa (D9) and Dashamsa (D10) charts in the free kundli and the guna milan score in kundli matching come from FreeAstrologyAPI, set to the Lahiri ayanamsa. For these, the dates, times, place coordinates and time zones of birth, but not names, are sent through our server to FreeAstrologyAPI. The privacy policy explains what is kept and for how long.
- Kundli matching uses the Ashtakoot method (eight kootas, 36 gunas) common in North India. South Indian porutham matching and other methods can give different results. Its Mangal dosha check comes from our own engine.
- Today’s panchang takes the tithi, nakshatra, yoga, karana, sunrise, sunset and choghadiya from FreeAstrologyAPI. We work out Rahu kaal, Yamaganda, Gulika kaal and Abhijit muhurat from the sunrise and sunset times. The panchang is for the city named on the page, and times change from city to city.
- The numerology calculator uses Chaldean letter values, which are common in Indian numerology. Other systems, such as the Pythagorean, give different name numbers.
- The Mangal dosha, Kaal Sarp dosh and Sade Sati checkers apply one common set of rules and mention only some of the exceptions. Traditions differ on these rules and on what cancels or weakens a dosha, so another astrologer may reach a different answer.
How accurate they are
When we compared our engine with FreeAstrologyAPI for a test birth chart, the lagna and all nine grahas, including Rahu and Ketu, agreed to within one arcminute (a sixtieth of a degree). Positions are shown to the nearest arcminute.
Other software can still give different results. It may use another ayanamsa (such as Raman or KP), another house system (such as Bhava Chalit or Placidus), the true node instead of the mean node, or a different year length for dashas. These choices can put a planet or the lagna in a different sign, house or nakshatra, especially near a boundary, and can move dasha dates by months or more.
What can change your result
Most differences come from the birth details rather than the calculation.
- Birth time. The lagna moves about one degree every four minutes on average and changes sign roughly every two hours. A small error in the birth time can therefore change the lagna, the houses and the Navamsa and Dashamsa charts. The Moon moves about 13 degrees a day, so an error of an hour can shift dasha dates by a few months or more. Near the edge of a sign or nakshatra, it can also change your rashi or nakshatra.
- Unknown birth time. If you tick “I don’t know the birth time”, the tools use noon and leave out results that need the exact time, such as the lagna and the houses. Results based on the Moon, such as your rashi, nakshatra and guna milan score, can still be wrong if the Moon moved into a new sign or nakshatra that day. It changes nakshatra about once a day and sign about every two and a half days.
- Birth place. The tools use the coordinates and time zone of the town or city you choose from the list, not your exact birthplace. If you were born somewhere smaller, choose the nearest town on the list. The difference is usually small, but it can matter when the lagna is near the edge of a sign.
- Time zone. Time zones and past clock changes, such as India’s war time in the 1940s, come from the time-zone database in your browser, or on our server for the Navamsa, Dashamsa and matching results. The kundli shows the UTC offset it used, so you can check it.
If a result looks wrong, please tell us through the contact page.
Horoscopes
Our rashi horoscopes are general readings for everyone with the same moon sign, so they can’t describe your life in the detail that a reading of your own chart can. The ratings for love, career, health and money, and the lucky numbers and colours, are traditional indications for the period. The health rating is not an assessment of your health, and lucky numbers are not meant for lotteries, betting or any other game played for money.
Reviews and testimonials
Reviews on this site come from real customers, and we publish them only with their permission. Each testimonial shows who gave it, their city and the consultation they had. Product reviews can only be left by people who have bought the product.
We don’t write reviews ourselves or pay for them. If we ever give a reviewer a product, a discount or anything else connected with their review, we’ll say so next to it. We don’t pick reviews to make an unusual experience look typical.
Each review describes one person’s experience, and yours may be different. Where we show a rating or a figure, such as the number of consultations given, it comes from real reviews or our own records.
Links to other websites and services
Our site links to, or works with, websites and apps that others run, such as WhatsApp (Meta), Google Calendar, Razorpay, FreeAstrologyAPI and GeoNames. They have their own terms and privacy policies. We don’t control them, and we aren’t responsible for their content, their availability or how they use your information. A link doesn’t mean that we endorse them or that they endorse us.
Chats on WhatsApp take place on WhatsApp, outside our site. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and we don’t store your card, UPI or bank details. Our use of Razorpay doesn’t mean that Razorpay, any bank, the Reserve Bank of India or any card network endorses or certifies M-Power or our products.
Credits and licences
Our free tools rely on other people’s work:
- Astronomy Engine by Don Cross gives the positions of the Sun, Moon and planets for the free kundli, the astrology calculators and the Mangal dosha check in kundli matching. It is open-source software under the MIT licence, copyright 2019–2023 Don Cross. Its copyright and licence notice are kept in the code our pages load. Project page: github.com/cosinekitty/astronomy.
- GeoNames (geonames.org) supplies the place names, coordinates and time zones for the birth-place search, under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (CC BY 4.0). We have changed the data. We use the GeoNames list of cities with more than 15,000 people, plus capitals. We keep only each place’s name (with its spelling in plain English letters), country, coordinates rounded to three decimal places, and time zone. We sort the list by population and add former names for some Indian cities, such as Bombay and Madras. GeoNames provides its data as it is, without any guarantee of accuracy. The list is stored on our own server, so searching it sends nothing to GeoNames.
- FreeAstrologyAPI (freeastrologyapi.com) calculates the guna milan scores, the Navamsa and Dashamsa charts and most of today’s panchang.
None of them endorses M-Power or our services.
