The three numbers
Mulank, your root or psychic number, comes from the day of the month you were born. Bhagyank, your destiny number, comes from your full date of birth. Your name number adds up the letters of your name using the Chaldean values most Indian numerologists use.
Each number from 1 to 9 is ruled by a planet: 1 the Sun, 2 the Moon, 3 Jupiter, 4 Rahu, 5 Mercury, 6 Venus, 7 Ketu, 8 Saturn and 9 Mars. Your mulank and bhagyank never change; your name number changes when the spelling does.
